If you wish to exchange a jewelry item you purchased from us and have questions, call us Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm, or contact us by email when you are ready, pack, insure, and ship your jewelry to us here:

LIFETIME WARRANTY

We know jewelry wears out with use, so ours includes a lifetime warranty covering normal wear and tear, repairs, polishing, inspecting, and reconditioning. Aumaris will, at our discretion, complete all necessary work to make your jewelry glow again (rings, earrings, bracelets, pendants, necklaces, cuff links).

Please note that the lifetime warranty applies to jewelry purchased from Nautical Gold Creations.

We will happily perform all necessary repairs if your nautical jewelry is from another company.
